Service Fee - 1%

For the stable operation of the protocol over the long term, the service fee of 1% is deducted when users claim their payout or terminate their contract. The service fee increase at the same rate every block time up to 1% per year, which is fixed at 1% after a year. However, if you terminate early, it will be deducted multiply FeeMultiplier (200% initial, this mechanism serves as an incentive to help the long-term existence), and this can be changed through governance later.
